  1. Stop saying yes to me! I actually like the video but only for certain type
    of people, most people donΒ΄t look for opportunity and when they find it
    they are scared to say yes, so they procrastinate out of fear.

  2. I love this tip. “Yes” was getting me into a place of frustration far too
    often. I’m learning to say “no” more often and in doing so suddenly I’ve
    more time, additional energy, and those people who tend to continually ask
    for more, aren’t anymore.
