rest cycle out. Thank you! P.s. It’s really funny to use an app that blocks
the social media sites 🙂 I always try it with my will power and go on FB
only I’ve done the important work… It works so far for me.

change your environment (i.e. block FB etc using an app) and you don;t have
to use your willpower – that can go on something else, like not eating too
much chocolate lol 😉
