…With Songwriting, Production, or just being a recording artist in general, there is always much information to study, much planning to do, and many goals to set. With this, also follows many problems to solve and always being on the go. Sometimes though, it seems there is no end to the fast paced musical journey and inspiration seems difficult to find; usually this is a good sign that its time for some extra sleep :)
Life & music are all about decisions, but without proper rest and diet, tasks take much longer to accomplish and it becomes difficult to make objective decisions about lyrics, production, arrangements, or any other musical ideas…
